The shipping of artwork outside of the UK can be challenging. This is because keeping an artwork safe when travelling long distances requires additional supports within the packaging, and insurance in case of accidents. The current EU regulations also require me to have a authorised representative responsible for product safety within the EU, which I do not currently have for original artwork or limited edition prints. The tariff charges for US shipping can also mean that the cost of shipping artwork becomes overly expensive.
If you would like to purchase original artwork or limited edition prints, and your shipping address is within the USA or the EU, please contact me directly before making your order.
A4 prints will be shipped flat and protected with a compostable cello sleeve, surrounded by layers of sturdy cardboard. Prints larger than A4 size will be shipped rolled within a strong cardboard tube.
Please be aware I am a sole trader, balancing the making of art with teaching art, as well as running my home and home educating my children. I always aim to get merchandise shipped within two weeks of ordering, but there may occasionally be unavoidable delays. If it appears you might be waiting longer for your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible. If you need an order by a certain date (eg if it is a gift), please contact me and I will endeavour to speed up the process.
