Starlings are sociable birds, and can often be seen in small flocks throughout the year. They seem to chase each other over rooftops and gardens, streaking through the air, faster than the eye can easily follow.

Shimmers of the soft yellow of sunrise tint the sky, the clouds clearing as the air glints with fading rain.

Art work size:  15”x6” (38×15cm). Completed March 2024.

 Painted in expressive watercolour with shining glimmers of metallic ink on acid free 100% cotton paper.

 Signed and dated, with an official Certificate of Authenticity.

 Display away from strong sources of light.

Original artwork is only available within the UK. Orders made for original artwork with a shipping address outside of the UK will be cancelled. Occasionally exceptions can be made, so please contact me for further information.

Artwork will be shipped flat and protected with a compostable cello sleeve, surrounded by layers of sturdy cardboard. Shipping of original artwork within the UK will be with Royal Mail, and tracked and signed for. You will a receive a tracking number when your purchase is dispatched.

 Please be aware I am a sole trader, balancing the making of art with teaching art, as well as running my home and home educating my children. However, I always aim to get merchandise shipped within two weeks of ordering. If there is likely to be further delay, you will be contacted as soon as possible. If you need an order more quickly, please contact me and I will endeavour to speed up the process.
