Original Art and Limited Edition Prints

Refunds may be granted only in the event of packages being lost or damaged in shipping, or shop error.

No refunds are available for the cost of shipping, refunds will be for the merchandise only.

Please note that prints are limited edition and may sell out, meaning a replacement may not be available.

In the event of merchandise being damaged during the shipping process, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the damage. If it is still possible to frame a print with damage hidden, a partial refund will be offered. Full refunds will only be provided in the event of a print being damaged beyond display.

No refunds will be provided in the event of the customer providing an incorrect shipping address. If you believe you have given an incorrect address, please contact me as soon as possible. Once the merchandise has been shipped, no changes can be made and no refunds given.

In the case of lost shipments, a refund will be made for the merchandise once the carrier has marked the shipment as lost. Please be aware, international shipments can take up to five months to arrive. All original artwork and prints are shipped tracked and signed for.

In the case of an original artwork being damaged, a replacement will not be possible. A refund for the artwork will be provided on receipt of the returned artwork.

I reserve the right to refuse an order at any time. In the event of an order being refused and cancelled, a refund will be issued for the merchandise and for shipping charges. Please be aware that some banks take a few days to process refunds.

I always aim to get merchandise shipped within two weeks of ordering. If there is likely to be further delay, you will be contacted as soon as I am aware. If you need an order more quickly, please contact me and I will endeavour to speed up the process wherever possible.

If an order is refused or cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be provided.

Original artwork will be shipped flat and protected within a protective compostable cello sleeve, surrounded by layers of sturdy and recyclable cardboard. Larger artwork may be shipped rolled within a strong recyclable cardboard tube.

Original artwork is only available with the UK. Orders of original artwork with a shipping address outside of the UK will be cancelled. Occasionally exceptions can be made, so please contact me for further information.

Framed artwork is available for in-studio pick up only due to the high risk of damage. The studio is near Tewkesbury, full details will be provided when an order is made.

Limited edition prints will be shipped in a protective compostable cello sleeve, rolled within a strong recyclable cardboard tube.

Greetings cards, postcards, and mini prints will be packaged in recyclable materials and shipped using Royal Mail for UK orders and DHL internationally.

Shipping of original artwork and limited edition prints within the UK will be with Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For.

Shipping of limited edition prints internationally will be with DHL and tracked and signed for.

Unfortunately, due to customs requirements, shipping of original art, limited edition prints, greetings cards and small prints to the EU is not currently possible. Orders containing these items made using a shipping address within the EU will be cancelled.

Merchandise such as mugs and notebooks are produced and shipped by Printful, and can be purchased internationally, including in the EU.
